  • At the moment I work for Raw Corporate Health company as an elite personal trainer in residential and corporate gyms in London. I also work with private clients both as a personal trainer and nutritionist.

How I Do It

I pride myself on the personal service I offer my clients. By establishing a strong professional relationship, I develop a thorough understanding of their goals and challenges which enables me to create a specific fitness and nutrition program to fit into their lifestyle. I then provide the client with full support to efficiently get the results they want.

As part of the personal programme I oversee the clients menu’s and develop healthy eating programmes (not diets), I co-ordinate nutrition and fitness plans with chefs and medical personnel, I advise on supplements for optimal health, energy and weight loss and I can advise on home gym equipment.
